Harbour Bridge Consultants, LLC was created in 2012 as a boutique firm providing end-to-end human resources solutions to businesses of all sizes. Our network of people is here for your team of people. We give you your time back and relieve uncertainty surrounding human resources details.

Jennifer Erday

Founder and Executive Director

Jennifer is a recognized leader in her field, having attained the Senior Certified Professional SHRM Designation, the highest level of certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. Additionally, Jennifer completed the Certification in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Cornell University, which gives her a unique and rare qualification to provide knowledge and resources to businesses in an ever-changing business environment. Jennifer is a graduate of Manhattanville College and previously worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation, Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher and Flom, LLC, and Schearing Plough Corporation through its merger with Merck.

 

Jennifer brings a unparalleled perspective to her business, coupling her large corporate experience with a client focused approach. She has supported start-ups to rapidly growing businesses and consistently provides guidance in the areas of compliance, policy development, people strategy, training and development, compensation analysis, employee relations direction and full employment life cycle support. Whether creating an HR vision from the ground up for a newly created business or working with a fully established HR Department, Jennifer has proven to be an essential business partner to her clients.

Since its inception, Harbour Bridge Consultants has worked with clients from industries including  logistics, law firms, merchandising, hospitality, retail sales, technology consulting, not-for-profits and charitable organizations.

Meet The Team

Jamie Kessel

Consultant

Jamie Kessel has more than 20 years of private law firm experience representing management in the labor and employment area in New York and New Jersey. She has handled and supervised employment litigation in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

 

Jamie regularly counsels companies regarding the formulation and application of employment policies, including employee handbooks, sexual harassment, drug testing, family and medical leave policies, wage & hour, and general compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. In addition, she has advised employers regarding employment-at-will and individual terminations and drafted employment agreements.

Colleen Yates

Colleen Yates received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Marymount College at Fordham University. She completed her Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.  Colleen’s experience spans hospitality, banking, pharmaceuticals, transportation and logistics, and manufacturing.

 

With more than 20 years in the Human Resources industry, Colleen’s understanding of recruiting, retention, compensation, policy development, career ladders, succession planning and employee relations has proven to be a valuable asset to her clients.
